Aragon AI generates new headshots from photos you upload, with selectable clothing and backgrounds. Its official workflow runs from choosing a look to uploading selfies, waiting for generation, then reviewing and downloading results.

For a professional profile photo, the key decision is whether you need one look, several alternatives or higher-resolution files. A larger package buys more options—not a guarantee that more images will look like you. And if the results disappoint, preview them before downloading: downloading affects refund eligibility.

Aragon AI pricing: compare the headshot packages

As of November 1, 2026, Aragon’s individual headshot pricing page displays these prices under a “20% off” limited-time promotion. Prices are in US dollars under its payment terms; confirm the final charge and any applicable taxes at checkout.

Package Displayed price Generated headshots Attire and background choices Listed generation time Resolution
Basic $35 40 1 attire, 1 background 45 minutes 896 × 1088 pixels
Standard $45 60 2 attires, 2 backgrounds 30 minutes 896 × 1088 pixels
Executive $75 100 All offered attires and backgrounds 15 minutes 1792 × 2176 pixels

The resolution figures come from the same page’s FAQ. The generation times are Aragon’s advertised times, not a measured end-to-end turnaround; allow additional time to prepare uploads and inspect results.

Our practical recommendation:

  • Basic: the lowest listed spend if one outfit and one setting are sufficient.
  • Standard: useful when you want two looks to compare. It does not increase resolution over Basic.
  • Executive: consider it for broader styling choices or a destination that needs larger files. Check the destination’s dimensions and print requirements before paying for the upgrade.

The pricing page also has a Subscription tab. Do not assume a subscription and a headshot package are interchangeable. If checkout presents a subscription, inspect its billing period and credit allowance: Aragon’s subscription policy says plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

How to create the headshots

Aragon describes this four-step process:

  1. Choose attire and backgrounds. Stay within the choices included in your package. For a work profile, choose a look you would be comfortable presenting to colleagues or clients.
  2. Upload photos of yourself. Aragon’s public page currently asks for “a few” photos and emphasizes quality over quantity. Follow the exact count and upload requirements shown in your account rather than relying on an older tutorial.
  3. Wait for generation. Aragon says it emails you when the headshots are ready.
  4. Review, edit and download favorites. Do the quality review before downloading anything if you might want a refund.

Before uploading, read the in-account instructions carefully. This is not just an image-quality precaution: Aragon’s refund policy says it checks whether uploads followed its instructions when assessing an unsatisfactory-results refund.

Its terms require users to be at least 18. Use photos you have the rights and permission to submit.

Check likeness before you download

Aragon’s terms acknowledge that AI outputs can be inaccurate. Treat the gallery as a set of candidates, not 40, 60 or 100 automatically usable portraits.

For a professional headshot, our suggested review is:

  • Compare the face with a recent real photo. Check facial shape, apparent age, skin tone, hairline and expression.
  • Zoom in on eyes, teeth, glasses, ears, jewelry and clothing edges.
  • Check whether the outfit or setting implies a role, uniform or affiliation you do not have.
  • Preview the intended crop. A portrait that works at full size may lose important detail in a circular avatar.

Stop if none of the images accurately represents you. More polished lighting is not a substitute for a recognizable face. For any destination that requires a real, unaltered photograph, verify its rules before using a generated headshot.

Aragon’s headshot refund policy offers a complimentary redo or a full refund subject to conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Failure to follow upload instructions can prevent a refund.
  • Downloading counts as using the product. You can preview all generated pictures first.
  • Team accounts have different rules: the policy specifies partial refunds for unused credits.

Request help through customer support and include the email address associated with your account. The pricing FAQ mentions case-by-case assistance after downloads, but that is not a promise of refund eligibility.

Two checks before committing

Photo handling: Aragon’s privacy policy says it contractually prohibits AI providers from using face data to train generalized models. Section 4 says face data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the earliest applicable event, including delivery of requested content, a deletion request or account closure. It makes an exception to the delivery trigger for active subscribers and includes organization-configured retention periods for organization accounts. Other user content has a separate schedule. Read that section before uploading; do not assume every file disappears immediately after generation.

Team workflow: If you need to manage colleagues’ headshots, consider the team offering rather than treating individual packages as an admin system. Aragon lists invitations, credit allocation, creation-status tracking and bulk downloads. Its terms also say team administrators may access members’ uploaded content and outputs. Confirm the required branding features, admin access and refund terms before purchasing team credits.
