Chatbot App is not ChatGPT: check the product, plan and renewal price
Identify Chatbot App, understand its multi-model features, and check web versus mobile pricing, usage limits and cancellation before subscribing.

Chatbot App at ChatbotApp.ai is an independent, multi-model AI service—not OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Its purpose is to put models from several providers inside one interface under a single membership. The web service’s terms identify it as a product of HubX Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. and say it accesses third-party models through authorized APIs, without affiliation or endorsement.
The practical distinction: you are buying access through Chatbot App, not separate subscriptions to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. If you want a provider’s own app and subscription, this is a different purchase.
Identify the product before paying
The Chatbot App help center directs users to its browser chat interface. That interface also explicitly states that it provides third-party LLM access through APIs.
Mobile listings need a separate identity check. The US Apple listing titled “Chatbot App: AI Assistant” names TAPSUITE YAZILIM HIZMETLERI ANONIM SIRKETI as the seller and links to policies on the Chatbot.app domain. The web terms name HubX. Match the domain, store seller and receipt—not just the app name or logo—and confirm whether your purchase covers the platforms you intend to use.
If a purchased plan does not appear, the operator’s account guide says to use the exact same sign-in method used at purchase. Check that before buying again.
What does Chatbot App offer?
Its official product guide describes these capabilities:
- Multi-model chat: choose among models from providers including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek and xAI.
- Writing and coding assistance: get help with drafts, explanations and brainstorming within the chat interface.
- Web search: request answers using current web information.
- Image generation: create visuals from prompts.
- File and document work: upload content, ask questions about PDFs, summarize URLs, and generate documents, slides and sheets.
- Voice input: speak prompts rather than type them.
These are the operator’s advertised capabilities, not performance findings. Some require a paid plan. Web search does not make an answer automatically accurate, and agreement between models is not a substitute for checking original sources.
The web pricing page also advertises Projects, Canvas, memory and context, and Deep Research and Agent Mode for Pro. Public pages differ on exact model-version names and image-generation allowances: the pricing page and plan guide do not present one consistent allowance. Confirm the model and limits attached to your offer before subscribing for a particular capability.
Subscription: the advertised price is not the whole decision
As of November 1, 2026, the public pages show:
| Offer | What the official pages say |
|---|---|
| Free web access | $0, limited messages and basic web search. |
| Pro monthly web plan | $29.99 per month on the browser pricing page. |
| Introductory web offer | The marketing homepage advertises one week for $1.99, then $29.99 billed monthly. This is a paid trial. |
| Other web packages | The help center describes Pro and Max, each with monthly, quarterly and six-month billing options; Max offers extended limits. |
Sources: browser pricing, marketing homepage and subscription-plan guide.
The homepage also contains a $69.99/year promotional passage alongside the monthly offer, so it does not establish one consistent price for every buyer. The web terms say subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled, and paid introductory offers convert to the regular subscription unless cancelled before the introductory period ends. The price and billing period are disclosed before purchase, with applicable taxes added at checkout.
The Apple listing separately describes weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, with pricing varying by country. Use your checkout screen—not a ranking page or another platform’s offer—to establish your actual charge and renewal frequency.
Paid access is not necessarily unlimited. The web policy says trials have model- or feature-dependent usage limits and directs users to Settings → Usage. It also describes optional additional usage purchases and auto-reload, which can create further charges if enabled.
Cancellation and refunds
For the web Pro plan, the cancellation guide gives this route: Account Settings → Plans → Cancel Plan. It says access continues until the current billing period ends. Save the cancellation confirmation. If the option is missing, contact the support team linked in that guide.
For an Apple-billed purchase, Apple’s instructions give the iPhone route: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the subscription → Cancel Subscription. The Chatbot App store listing says to cancel at least 24 hours before the billing period ends.
Cancellation is not a refund. The published web refund policy sets a baseline of requesting within three days of first purchase and having sent fewer than 20 messages, with country-specific exceptions and applicable consumer rights preserved. Requests must also be made during the subscription period. That is the company’s policy, not a guarantee of eligibility or a complete statement of your legal rights. For Apple-billed purchases, follow Apple’s refund-request process; eligibility varies by country or region.
Consider Chatbot App if you want several model providers in one workspace. Stop before paying if you intended to buy ChatGPT itself, cannot establish the renewal price, or cannot confirm the model and usage allowance you need. Save the checkout terms and receipt so you know exactly which subscription you purchased.
